While we can't know how this war between them will play out, what has become abundantly clear is that we need to withdraw our money and our labor and build self-sustaining communities. Even if it were not for the situation on the sociopolitical and economic level at the national level, with the changes that are coming with regard to climate we must do so -with the utmost haste.
That's the key. To build something that cannot be so easily exploited for profit and resources—but how? While the shepherds are having their dick measuring contest, how do we extract ourselves from believing we must rely on them for protection, that's the question
To tell you the truth, I have no idea. Most don't even seem to understand the gravity of our situation. Though community building is an integral part of agenda for those involved with 50501 and General Strike US and are doing their best to spread the word.
Perhaps it will only happen when we've lost everything and are forced to fall back on our own resources.
